Good morning distinguished colleagues.   *Resolutions of the first meeting of the principal officers of SYP*  The resolution of the first executive session of the leadership of SYP.  *Admin of the group* : The principal officers agree via voting that only the principal officers of the parliament should be admins to the group. *  **Constituencies that are vacant* : the leadership of the parliament resolved to liase with the state caucus leader in order to ensure that constituencies are all represented.  It was also resolved that the leadership of the parliament with meeting with the state caucus leaders in Delta State for us to form standing orders that will guide the parliament.    On the issue of constitution, the leadership resolved to start plenaries with the standing orders that will be formed by the state caucus leaders in conjunction with the principal officers. Southern youth parliament of Nigeria Introduction January 27, 2022  SOUTHERN YOUTH PARLIAMENT(SYP) is a coalition of intellectual and patriotic Youths drawn from the 169 Federal Constituencies in the 17 Southern States in Nigeria with the primary purpose of addressing varied and complex issues of inequitable distribution of economic resources, insecurity, political inequality, marginalization, injustice, deprivation and social challenges  that confront the existing unity, progress, existence and general wellbeing of the Southerners through lawful delibrations and advocacies.
